An English-language video, posted on the Internet on September 2, 2013 and featuring a picture of a kaffiya-clad Joker, calls upon Muslim hackers to take part in an operation to attack American and Israeli websites on the anniversary of 9/11. This joins several Algeria-Anonymous videos which were recently posted on the Internet, one threatening to attack leading U.S. banks in the ten days leading up to September 11 and another, in Arabic, threatening an attack on Israeli sites on September 6.
