Bahraini Expert Widad Lutah: AIDS in Africa Result of Too Much Anal Sex

The following are excertps from an interview with Widad Lutah, a family matters expert from Bahrain. Qatar TV aired this interview on February 23, 2005:

Widad Naser Lutah: I have come across some naive women. One young girl got married, and for ten years her husband had anal sex with her, and surprisingly enough, she didn't know it was forbidden. One day, we had a class in religious law with a group of women. When we discussed family matters, we said women should observe the Prophet's tradition: "From the front and back but not in the anus." She began crying hysterically. She had not imagined that it was forbidden and harmful – and might bring a disease. We backed this up with examples from our daily lives. Nearly five million people in Africa have AIDS, and one of the reasons is anal sex. Allah be praised, this served as a warning for her and her friends, who were ashamed to talk about it, and who only later talk about it over the phone using assumed names.

This thing is a mistake, and she must stay away from it. All possible sexual positions between a man and a woman are permitted and there is nothing wrong with them - except for the anus. The man can enjoy the woman, and she can enjoy touching him in any part of his body and in any position.

We constantly take into account the young girl's happiness, and we prepare her for the way her husband will look at her. Most girls and mothers ignore this. You see the mothers paying attention only to their daughters' external looks, like their hair color and dying it blond, or her eyeliner or different types of cosmetics and neglect things concerning the aesthetics of the daughter's body. The woman forgets that when her daughter reaches puberty, she must remove all excess hair from her body. This thing will bring her closer to her husband, and will make her skin feel like silk. These things, like excess hair or even the top layer of her skin, make her body feel rough, stiff, and prevent her body from being nice and feminine.

Many a husband has grown attached to his wife because of the beauty of her body, its tenderness and sweetness, and many a husband has run away from his wife because of the roughness of their body and because, God forbid, of her lack of hygiene, since hygiene is most important.

How come so many companies make cosmetics? Why do they make so many different types of creams? What is the reason? They are for hair removal, body refinement, and even materials a woman uses when she washes to improve her fragrance. What for? Even in foreign countries… Even in countries that are polytheistic, infidel, or have gone astray… All these cosmetics make a husband happy.
