In Video, Ismail Haniyeh And Other Hamas Leaders Watch Al-Jazeera Coverage Of Hamas's Invasion Of Southern Israel, Perform A 'Prostration Of Gratitude'

On October 7, 2023 a video of Hamas leaders including Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh watching the coverage of Hamas's invasion of southern Israel on Al-Jazeera Network (Qatar) was posted on various social media outlets. According to online reports, the video was taken in Qatar. Haniyeh and the other leaders performed the "Prostration of Gratitude." Hamas members killed more than 800 hundred Israelis, injured thousands, and captured dozens during the invasion, most of whom were civilians, including children and elderly men and women.
