Iranian political analyst Emad Abshenas said in a June 5, 2020 interview on Al-Ahd TV (Iraq) that the majority of white people in the U.S. are descendants of criminals who had been deported from Europe to America, that racism is in their genes and on the rise in the United States, and that groups like the Zionist lobby, the Jewish lobby, and lobby of the rich people control America's economy and decision-making mechanism.

Emad Abshenas: "Let's not forget that the majority of white people in the United States are descendants of criminals who were deported from Europe to America. At that time, criminals were banished from Europe to the United States. These people united against the indigenous people living there."

Interviewer: "Dr. Emad, according to what you are saying, racism is in their genes - in the genes of the white people who came from Europe. Is this what you mean?"

Abshenas: "Yes, exactly. Racism exists and it is on the rise in the United States. This is my first point. The second point - which I think is more important - is that there are groups in the U.S. that control the mechanisms of decision-making and the mechanisms of the economy. Lobbies like the Zionist lobby, the Jewish lobby, and the lobby of the rich, who constitute one percent of the American people, control everything - all the components of the economy."
