Iranian Army Ground Forces Commander Gen. Kioumars Heydari: The Founder Of Iran's Missile Program IRGC Gen. Tehrani-Moghaddam Designed Missiles That Will Destroy The Pustular Growth That Is Israel

In a public address aired on Ofogh TV (Iran) on September 15, 2023, General Kioumars Heydari, who is the commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army’s Ground Forces, "saluted the spirits" of the "martyrs" IRGC Generals Qasem Soleimani and Hassan Tehrani-Moghaddam, who had been the IRGC chief missile designer. Heydari also said that he can now reveal that General Tehrani-Moghaddam had produced and designed missiles that will be aimed at the heart of Israel and will "destroy that pustular growth."

Kioumars Heydari: "The spirits of two dear martyrs are undoubtedly observing this forum, and I extend greetings to the pure spirits of those two martyrs. The first is our dear martyr, General Hajj Qasem Soleimani, who was the leader's soldier and field commander, for matters pertaining to the resistance axis.

"He is the master of the resistance martyrs. This dear martyr generated so much honor and glory for Islam that the loathsome president of America back then sat in the operations room to oversee the assassination of this divine man.

"The second figure is the martyr General Tehrani-Moghaddam, a great man who – I may be saying this for the first time – designed and produced missiles that would be aimed at the heart of Israel, and would destroy that pustular growth in the region. I am certain that this blessed thing will take place."
