Iran TV Airs "Exclusive" Footage of IAEA Inspection Equipment at Natanz Facility

Source: Press TV (Iran)

Press TV, the English-language channel of the Iranian broadcast authority, aired on September 21 "exclusive" footage of the cameras installed by the IAEA in the Natanz nuclear facility. The report stressed that the IAEA has confirmed Iran's compliance with the terms of the deal with the P5+1 countries.

Reporter: Press TV has gained exclusive access to the IAEA surveillance cameras in Natanz nuclear facility in central Iran. The cameras are in addition to many IAEA inspectors, who conduct regular and intrusive inspections of Iran's nuclear facilities.

Ali Akbar Salehi: The number of expansions, or the volume of expansions, in Iran has been enormous. I mean, it has been exceptionally enormous. IAEA inspectors come from abroad, but we have semi-resident inspectors. In other words, in Esfahan, every two or three weeks two inspectors change. Plus, we have the on-site cameras that continuously monitor the activities on the sites.

Reporter: The IAEA has, in many cases, confirmed Iran's compliance with the terms of its nuclear deal with the P5+1 group of countries. The UN nuclear agency's latest report confirms that Tehran is taking further action to comply with the terms of the deal that took effect in January.
