On May 10, 2023, the Gaza Now Twitter account uploaded a video featuring footage of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad's Al-Quds Brigades military wing firing rockets at Israel. A slide appearing on the original video featured a caption reading: "Footage of the firing of hundreds of rockets by the Joint Operations Room of the Palestinian resistance factions towards Tel Aviv, the cities of the 'Gaza envelope,' and central Israel, as part of the 'Revenge of the Free' Battle in response to the assassination of the Al-Quds Brigades commanders." The Gaza Now Twitter account has since been suspended.
