On July 16, 2023, a user of the ISIS-operated Rocket.Chat server shared a link to a MEMRI JTTM report on secure cryptocurrency donations to ISIS through the Monero and other platforms.
The user urged others to read and share the MEMRI JTTM report, claiming it proves that "infidels" are afraid of jihadis using their technology against them. He also claimed that by reporting on posts on the forum, infidels are only increasing the reach of jihadi media. Another user commented, adding that "MEMRI Jews'" cannot stop jihadi use of cryptocurrency.
