On April 24, 2024 a moderator of a channel on the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server posted that he will be releasing new instructions soon for constructing and operating drones. He added a poster from a media outlet linked to the Islamic State in Khorasan (ISKP) depicting an explosive drone over a stadium. The user then urged supporters to follow the channel on Telegram, where the drone manuals will be released.
