On Telegram, Prominent Pro-ISIS Preacher Solicits Questions Submitted To Encrypted Protonmail Account

On December 1, 2021, an English-language Telegram channel affiliated with a prominent U.S.-based pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher announced that his students will be accepting and vetting questions submitted to an encrypted Protonmail email address, and that the preacher will respond to select questions in video format. The post also listed accounts operated by the preacher's students across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Telegram.
