Telegram Channel Encourages ISIS Supporters To Register Social Media Accounts To Promote ISIS Spokesman's Speech

On May 29, 2020, a Telegram channel encouraged Islamic State (ISIS) supporters to register new social media accounts in order to publicize a forthcoming speech from the ISIS spokesman. One channel posted email addresses that users could use to register new accounts.
