On October 5, 2014, the Syrian Electronic Army (SEA) tweeted a message advising users to not trust Russian web services as a replacement for Americans ones in terms of security. According to the SEA tweet, they "never trusted either."
It should be mentioned that the SEA's website is hosted in Russia.
