On August 23, 2021, a recently launched pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet which translates and publishes ISIS releases into several languages, posted on its Telegram links to its public website, and to a special website on the TOR browser, as well as a website where new links will be published. The group also launched a Telegram channel through which the group can be contacted.
