Pro-ISIS Telegram Outlet Posts New Contact Account For Instructing Supporters In Taking Over Social Media Accounts

On November 29, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) outlet on Telegram republished a poster which was previously posted several times, providing a new contact account for followers who wish to be instructed in taking over social media accounts and using them to disseminate pro-ISIS content. The media groups has been otherwise inactive on Telegram since early July 2021.
