Pro-ISIS Tech Group Opens New Telegram Account After Suspension, Advises followers On Use Of VPNs

On May 6, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram group said Telegram had suspended its previous account. The group provided its followers with a new Telegram handle.

On May 7, 2019, the group gave several alternatives to the Virtual Private Network (VPN) service NordVPN and reposted several of its own tutorials from 2018 on VPN services available on Android, iOS, Windows, and Linus systems.
