On May 22, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media group posted on Telegram a notice offering supporters training on hacking Facebook and Twitter accounts. A post by the group reads: "Important for every sincere supporter who wishes to support his brothers: Instead of requesting [a social media account], learn and hijack [accounts] by yourself. [Learn how to] hijack Facebook and Twitter accounts."
