On February 9, 2022, a user on the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server shared a post containing the new Telegram handle and Twitter account of a pro-ISIS media outlet. The outlet, which has been inactive since 2019, posted a video on its new accounts announcing its relaunch.
