Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Releases List Of 3,247 Individuals, Mostly Minority, Arrested In Dallas 2014-2016; Leaks List Of What It Claims Are Police Salaries

On July 8, 2016, the Caliphate Cyber Army (CCA), a pro-ISIS hacking group on Telegram, released a list of 3,247 individuals, both men and women, arrested in Dallas, Texas during 2014-2016, most of them minority. The list includes other details such as location of arrest, and whether the individual arrested was armed. It should be noted that ISIS supporters have exploited racial tensions in the West before.

One post on the Caliphate Cyber Army channel reads: "In a country warble of Freedom in the Media. Are all the 'Black' Criminals? Or it's just America is the Terrorist? Speaking of racism Look at the Race chart from Dallas Police Station and see the ratio of the 'White VS Black & Latino''.
