Islamic State (ISIS) supporters on Telegram are circulating a "kill list" comprising members of the Al-Raqqa-based activist group Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently (RIBSS). Some of the individuals for targeting are identified as located in New York City, Boston, Berlin, and Oslo.
