A new pro-Islamic State (ISIS) social media website called Khilafa-Book (5elafabook.com) was announced several days ago. The website is supposedly designed to function like the social media platform Facebook, but caters specifically to ISIS supporters.
The website is currently inactive, and according to an announcement on its front page, was temporarily shut down "in order to protect the info and details of it's [sic.] members and their safety."
