On August 10, 2023, a Telegram channel which is affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq claimed that it carried out cyber attacks against Israel's Tel Aviv Museum and Swedish government websites. On August 13, it claimed that it has successfully taken down the servers and the website of the Swedish branch of an international non-profit organization (NGO).
