Additional Information: On January 5, 2019, the Taliban's Telegram account posted some 30 new joinchat links to Taliban WhatsApp groups.On January 24, the Taliban's contact account on WhatsApp published over 20 such links. In total, Taliban has promoted 55 joinchat links to its WhatsApp groups.
