ISIS Supporter Calls For Using Web3 For Discussing Jihad

A user on the encrypted Rocket.Chat server run by supporters of the Islamic State (ISIS) recommended using the decentralized "web3" and encouraged others to use it to open groups and forums there calling for jihad, saying it is more secure than other platforms.
