On July 15, 2024 multiple Telegram channels that support Syria's Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) reposted an April 16 statement providing instructions for civilians to avoid being detected by First Person View (FPV) drones, allegedly used by Iran-backed militias to target villages and towns along the front lines.
