On April 6, 2015, the Iranian hacker group Ashiyane Digital Security Team successfully hacked and defaced a number of websites belonging to the governments of Brazil, Thailand, Argentina, China, Austria, India, Philippines, and Nepal. The defaced pages featured the above image.
