In its newly published English-language magazine Resurgence, released on October 19, Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) provided an email address and a public encryption key for those looking to contact it.

Resurgence is a "humble effort to revive the spirit of jihad in the Muslim ummah," according to the magazine. It also encouraged its readers to "participate with us in this effort." In that regard, AQIS welcomed any "advice, feedback, and contributions" from its readers, who were provided with the contact email address...
