On March 11, 2016, Hizbullah's Al-Manar TV Facebook account in English was removed by administrators after being flagged by MEMRI, which also highlighted Al-Manar's social media activity in a March 16 CJL report. Al-Manar immediately launched a new English-language page and complained about the deletion of the new page.
Al-Manar's Arabic-language Facebook page, as well as their Twitter account, currently remain active.
