English-Language Jihadi Magazine Provides Advice For Lone Wolf Terrorists, Accepts Submissions Via Encrypted Platform ChipWire, Al-Qaeda-Run Rocket.Chat Server

On May 1, 2022, a user of an Al-Qaeda operated Rocket.Chat server posted the sixth issue of an English-language jihadi magazine published by a relatively new and unknown jihadi group. The magazine included an invitation for supporters to submit their personal stories for publication by contacting the group's encrypted Protonmail address, Al-Qaeda's Rocket.Chat server, or on Encrypted messaging app ChirpWire.

Among the advice offered by the magazine for carrying out terrorist attacks in the West, was the suggestion that would-be attackers delete their online conversation history to protect their Muslim friends and family, but that when carrying out an attack, they publish a post online making their jihadi motives clear.
