On February 2, 2015, Kurdish hackers using the names Anonymous Kurdistan and Muhmad Emad successfully hacked and defaced two Turkish government websites belonging to the Provincial Disaster and Emergency Management in the city of Afyonkarahisar. The defaced pages featured the above image and message extolling Turkey to stop supporting ISIS.
