Speaking at a conference marking the anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari, the Secretary General of Iran-backed Tebyan Cultural and Social Activities Center in Kabul, stated: "Israel's situation is getting worse every day." Hamas's October 7 attack on occurred on the 22nd anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, he noted.

"After America's defeat in Afghanistan, it can be seen that Israel's situation is getting worse every day, and after the massive public demonstrations and protests in the past months [in Israel against the Benjamin Netanyahu's government], this regime is now facing the massive attack of Hamas, and the Islamic Jihad organization," Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari told the conference.

"While Israel had almost the fourth or fifth [strongest] army in the world and everyone was afraid of it, today, the Islamic Jihad organization and Hamas have entered the occupied territories with a Kalashnikov and a motorcycle and captured seven or eight areas. This success is the greatest service to the Islamic world, the greatest service to the Islamic Ummah, and the hardest blow to America's remaining prestige in the region," the Shi'ite leader said.

Hussaini Mazari leads one of the most influential pro-Iranian think tanks and cultural activities center in Afghanistan. His conference, which was held on October 12, 2023, was attended by a large number of influential Afghans, as well as by journalists and reporters from different media organizations. Prominent Shi'ite religious scholars and community leaders also addressed the conference.

Hussaini Mazari argued that countries such as India, China, Russia, and Iran should be thankful to the mujahideen, especially to the Afghan Taliban, for defeating America in Afghanistan, because the defeat successfully prevented the U.S. from maintaining a base in Afghanistan to watch over these countries as well as others. "The U.S. was ultimately unable to gain superiority over China, Russia, India, and Iran, and not only these four countries, but the whole world should be grateful for the resistance of the Afghan people, who fought against this great enemy on the front line," he told the conference.

Hussaini Mazari also said that the Afghan Taliban were not the only force waging jihad against the U.S. His own organization, The Tebyan Cultural and Social Activities Center, also "sacrificed blood" – hinting that Iranian forces were also fighting alongside the Afghan Taliban against the U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan.

Many television journalists were present to report on the event.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA), which Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari controls, published a report on the proceedings of the conference. The report was titled: "Even Today, The Veteran Jewish Agents Want To Confront Afghanistan By Asking For Help From Israel/We Agree That The Genocide Of Hazaras In Afshar Of Kabul Should Be Recognized."

A summary accompanying the report noted: "Referring to the influence and presence of Zionist agents and spies in Afghanistan since jihad time [in the 1980s], Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari emphasized that there is no doubt that most of Afghanistan's problems were almost all organized and directed by Israelis, and that we are victims of the conspiracies of this degenerate, despicable, and occupying regime. He raised some points about the genocide of the Hazaras – the largest ethnic group in Afghanistan – and also criticized the ineffective assistance received by earthquake victims in Herat province."

Following is the text of the report as translated from Dari:[1]

"More Than The Hard War, The Soft War And Media War Contributed To America's Defeat In Afghanistan, And The Tebyan Center Has Also Sacrificed Blood In This Struggle"

"Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Kabul: A conference on the theme of "Fake America and Decision-making with Evil Imagination, Invasion of Afghanistan and Defeat by the Mujahideen – Messages and Consequences" was organized by the head office of the Tebyan Social and Cultural Activities Center in Kabul, to mark the [22nd] anniversary of the U.S.-led NATO invasion of Afghanistan and the occupation of the country [starting October 7, 2001]. Hundreds of people and a large number of mass media participated in the gathering."

Consequences Of The U.S. Occupation Of Afghanistan

"Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal Muslimeen Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari, the Director General of the Tebyan Cultural and Social Activities Center and the Voice of Afghan (AVA) news agency, in a speech at the conference, enumerated the main goals of America's attack on Afghanistan, which were to dominate the country and keep eyes on the regional powers, and spoke about the consequences of the occupation of Afghanistan by America and its allies.

"The widespread suffering of the people in various areas, especially in the cultural and social spheres, was the first consequence of this occupation. And he emphasized: If the [pre-Taliban] Republican government had continued for another 10 years with the American support and the presence of the United States and the West, you would not be able to find real religious issues, especially the discussion on family, and the honor and dignity, and in any case the greatness of the Muslim woman in Afghanistan, would have been taken away from everyone.

"According to the head of the Tebyan Center, the second consequence of America's presence was that it did not achieve... its important goals in Afghanistan. At first, the [mujahideen's] resistance on the front of the hot and cold war... caused America not to be able to dominate Afghanistan.... Many Afghan people were present on the cold front or the soft front in the resistance against the U.S.; and a national movement against the U.S. was indeed formed."

Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari addresses the conference in Kabul.

"In response to the issue that sometimes some Taliban figures claim that only the Taliban formed this movement and this jihad, [Hussaini Mazari] clarified that such a claim is not true at all. If other Afghan people were not with the Taliban brothers in the soft and warm fields, and did not act in parallel with them in the cities and villages, under no circumstances could the Taliban reach victory under any conditions.

"Hussaini Mazari emphasized that, in his opinion, more than the hard war, the soft war and media war contributed to America's defeat in Afghanistan, and The Tebyan Center has also sacrificed blood in this struggle."

"The U.S. Was Ultimately Unable To Gain Superiority Over China, Russia, India, And Iran, And Not Only These Four Countries, But The Whole World Should Be Grateful For The Resistance Of The Afghan People"

"Regarding the second consequence of America's presence in Afghanistan, he also pointed out that the U.S. was ultimately unable to gain superiority over China, Russia, India, and Iran, and not only these four countries, but the whole world should be grateful for the resistance of the Afghan people, who fought against this great enemy on the front line, and did not allow Afghanistan to be a reliable and significant base for the West, so that it could work in the direction of destroying these four countries, or at least in the direction of weakening them for the benefit of the West.

"And finally, according to him, the next and third consequence of America's aggression was its definitive failure in Afghanistan, until it left Afghanistan two years ago in complete disgrace."

Stages Of America's Defeat In Afghanistan

"Therefore, according to him, America's defeat in Afghanistan did not have only one step, but it had various stages that are still ongoing and will continue until they leave the region and the world completely, and finally till the internal collapse and disintegration of America.

"In explaining the stages of America's defeat in Afghanistan, Sayed Esa Hussaini Mazari called the first stage to be the creation of a new and powerful structure inside the country, which, contrary to the wishes and intentions and imaginations of Americans, powerfully took over the reins of Afghanistan's administration, established security and it manages all aspects of the country correctly. This is despite the fact that the Americans, during their presence in Afghanistan, said that if they are not in Afghanistan, the country will return to the way it was in the 90s and civil wars.

"He emphasized: The government of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan and its strong management of the country despite the fact that it has not yet been recognized by the world and is subject to very serious sanctions, as well as very serious conspiracies from inside and outside, is able to manage the country and make progress, which will be improved with passage of time."

"The Islamic Jihad Organization And Hamas Entered The Occupied Territories With A Kalashnikov And A Motorcycle And Captured Seven Or Eight Areas – This Success Is The Greatest Service To The Islamic World, The Greatest Service To The Islamic Ummah, And The Hardest Blow To America's Remaining Prestige In The Region"

"Filling the void of America's presence in the region, discouraging America's allies from this country, especially in the region and among the Arab countries, the decline of America's prestige and strength in the world, America's failure inside Afghanistan, and the increasing internal problems and the fragility of the current state of the Zionist regime are five other stages of America's failure in Afghanistan, from the perspective of the head of Tebyan Center.

The Current Situation Of The Zionist Regime Is Affected By America's Defeat In Afghanistan

"Regarding the current situation of the Zionist regime of Israel, he noted that after America's defeat in Afghanistan, it can be seen that Israel's situation is getting worse every day, and after the massive public demonstrations and protests in the past months, this regime is now facing the massive attack of Hamas and the Islamic Jihad organization.

"Hussaini Mazari stated: While Israel had almost the fourth or fifth [strongest] army in the world and everyone was afraid of it, today, the Islamic Jihad organization and Hamas entered the occupied territories with a Kalashnikov and a motorcycle and captured seven or eight areas. This success is the greatest service to the Islamic world, the greatest service to the Islamic Ummah, and the hardest blow to America's remaining prestige in the region.

Many Afghans and Shi'ite community leaders attended the conference.

Two Lessons From America's Invasion Of Afghanistan

"He also mentioned two lessons from the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan: First, Afghanistan is not a land that anyone can occupy and keep occupied; and second, standing against the oppressive powers bears fruit.

"This prominent political activist stated: Do not doubt that if today our Palestinian brothers are standing against Israel with this strength and greatness, they got morals by the movement of Afghan people, and their 20-year jihad against the West and NATO, and they got courage by America's defeat in Afghanistan, and this is an undeniable fact."

"Zionist Judaism Has Been Present In Afghanistan's Issues Since The Time Of Jihad [1980s] And Had A Hand In The Country's Issues"; "During The Republican Government [2001-2021] In Afghanistan, Zionist Elements Were Widely Present In Afghanistan In Various Formats – From The Presence Of Israeli Soldiers Under The Title Of American, Dutch, German And Other Countries' Soldiers"

Presence And Involvement Of Zionist Judaism In Afghani Issues

"He further pointed to the very important and sensitive issue of Zionist Judaism's history of influence and presence in Afghanistan's issues and said: Zionist Judaism has been present in Afghanistan's issues since the time of jihad [in the 1980s] and had a hand in the country's issues. From the same time, they started to train forces and create special places and necessary platforms for the presence and training of forces and spies. They began to operate from the same time; and some elements of Afghanistan had significant relations with the Zionist elements from that time, they took help from them, and even they were proud of them, they did not hide their relationships.

"During the Republican government [2001-2021] in Afghanistan, Zionist elements were widely present in Afghanistan in various formats – from the presence of Israeli soldiers under the title of American, Dutch, German, and other countries' soldiers in different parts of Afghanistan, to political advisors, educational and intelligence elements of Mossad who were seriously present in the social life of the Afghan people in various places.

"He emphasized that there is little doubt about the main problems of Afghanistan. The internal differences, and the wars and controversies that existed were almost all organized and directed through the Israelis, and we are the victims of the conspiracies of this degenerate, immoral, and occupying regime [in Israel], which has been spilling the blood of our brothers and sisters for more than 70 years in the land of Palestine.

"At the same time, the head of Tebyan Center warned about the continuation of conspiracies of the Zionist regime in the past two years and this time against the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and said: The situation is progressing in such a way that some elements related to the Zionist regime, including under the name of opponents of the Islamic Emirate and resistance against the current government, they reach out to Israel and ask for help from the Israeli regime. It is not hidden, but very obvious.

"He said that the serious supporters of the opponents of the Islamic Emirate and the so-called resisters were and are [in another form] the occupying regime of Jerusalem and America, the West and other NATO member countries, and even today such a movement and interference continues [in Afghanistan].

"Hussaini Mazari also warned about the continued involvement of European countries and the United States in Afghanistan and said: 'Today, European countries are seriously involved in Afghanistan's issues. The United States is managing these interventions, and elements of the Zionist regime are also on the path of continuing and expanding these interventions, and they are definitely abusing their agents, the Afghan elements, who have been in contact with them in the past, and the spies, in order to create instability in the country and make the sanctions more serious, and finally, by inciting emotions and the minds and thoughts of the people, create disorder again.'"

"What Are The Small Groups That Overcome The Big Groups According To The Holy Quran? The Logic Of Religion Is That One Should Not Pay Attention To The Capabilities Of The Enemy, Rather Faith Is An Important Weapon That, If Acted Upon, Allah Surely Will Help The Muslims"

"Speaking at the conference, another Shi'ite religious scholar, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal Muslimeen Mohammad Amin Mohseni, said: 'America and its allies invaded the Islamic country of Afghanistan, which first of all is a crime from a religious point of view, and contrary to their false slogans [of democracy and freedom], after twenty years, they left nothing but destruction in this land.'

"But according to him, it was not long before the United States was defeated as a result of the continuous struggle of Afghan people, and it turned out that the slogan of the United States was nothing and did not fulfill any of them.

"From the point of view of this religious scholar, the Westerners did heinous things in the name of freedom in Afghanistan and hurt the culture of the family, society, and the young generation, especially the chastity and hijab of Afghan women. According to him, if Muslims consider the principle of unity and support each other, the arrogant Western powers cannot do anything wrong."

Mohammad Amin Mohseni also spoke at the conference.

"Meanwhile, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal Muslimeen Yar Mohammad Rahmati, head of the central office of the Tebyan Cultural and Social Activities Center, thanked the participants of this conference and said: 'What are the small groups that overcome the big groups according to the Holy Quran? The logic of religion is that one should not pay attention to the capabilities of the enemy; rather faith is an important weapon that, if acted upon, surely Allah will help the Muslims, and America actually failed against the weapon of faith of the Muslim people of Afghanistan.'

"Referring to the oppressed and defenseless people of the Gaza Strip in Palestine, he said, 'A Muslim who does not listen to the voice of the oppressed, does not accept, and does not come to their help is not a Muslim.'

"It should be mentioned that this conference started with the recitation of several verses from Holy Quran by Mohammad Hadi Mohammadi, continued with the hosting of Muharram Hossein Elmi and the speeches of the speakers, and ended with the prayer of Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal Muslimeen Rajab Ali Burhani."
