On May 26, 2016, the United Cyber Caliphate posted, on its Telegram group, an announcement by the Caliphate Cyber Army that it had hacked the "Arkansas Library DATABASE."
Another post, in Arabic, noted: "Caliphate Cyber Army/Society of the Libraries in Arkansas/Entirely hacked/The Site Database."
The forwarded post included an Excel document titled "ArkansasLIST 1" containing individuals' personal information.
United Cyber Caliphate also forwarded another post by Caliphate Cyber Army with a graphic image reading "Islamic State Cyber Division CCA Caliphate Cyber Army #Gazwa Reloaded" and the text "#CCA #Gazwa.. Reloaded #Waiting US #World"
