Pro-ISIS Telegram Channel Gives ISIS Supporters Guidelines For Using Encrypted Email Services To Avoid Discovery By Intelligence Agencies

On December 19, 2016, the pro-ISIS Telegram channel of Afaaq Library posted an illustrated document with step-by-step instructions for ISIS supporters on how to use different email services to protect their data and information from being traced and falling into the hands of intelligence agencies.

The document, titled "Goodbye Google," tells supporters not to rely on Google, Yahoo and Microsoft Outlook, noting that "the services of these companies are not meeting the minimum requirements in protecting users' privacy."
