Pro-ISIS Tech Outlet Claims Muslim, Arab Hackers Conducted Coordinated Cyber-Attacks On Israeli Websites, Infrastructure Systems In Response To Escalation In Gaza Strip

On Islamic State (ISIS)-run Rocket.Chat server, members of a channel dedicated to providing ISIS supporters with material about information, communication, and cyber security, announced a state of "general mobilization" among Arab and Muslim hackers to carry out cyber-attacks targeting Israeli basic infrastructure systems in response to Israel's continuing bombardment of the Gaza Strip. The post listed several hacking teams who participated, calling for additional volunteers to carry out further attacks. One of the groups listed claimed in its dedicated Telegram chat group to have taken down several Israeli municipal websites, providing several screenshots.
