Pro-ISIS Hacking Group Threatens To Terrorize Unbelievers, Says It Has Trained New Hackers

On August 4, 2018, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group published a message on Telegram announcing that it had trained new hackers who already "control thousands of sites." The group threatened to "terrorize you [unbelievers] even as you sit on your computers," by continuing its hacking operations. The message is signed by all the hacking entities that comprise the group.
