On April 14, 2023 a channel on the Rocket.Chat server operated by the Islamic State (ISIS) announced that an ISIS supporter has launched a new application which includes archival official ISIS publications and lists websites and content produced by supporters of the group. The post provided links for downloading the app and the app's Telegram channel.
