On May 17, 2014, a hacker using the handle "H0rs3" hacked the websites for the Azerbaijani embassies in Italy, Bulgaria, and Qatar. The hacked websites featured the above image and following message: "Own3d by H0rs3! Your system GoT 0wn3d By Horse. I hope to be welcoming us to respect, Notorious Pirate (Hacker) returned! Long Live Palestine!"
