An article titled "Anonymous Caucasus: Bypassing the Blocking of Websites," posted December 31, 2013 on the jihadi website VDagestan, explains how to access blocked websites. This, in preparation for the implementation of a law passed by Russia in late 2013, under which all sites that call for riots and/or spread extremist materials will be blocked to internet-users inside Russia.
