CREATING MEMRI TV CLIPS - A TREMENDOUS UNDERTAKING

The process and resources that go into creating just one MEMRI TV clip are extremely intensive. First, our technicians record many hours of programming; our translators then sift through it to select the most important content, transcribe it, and translate it. The translation then goes to our English-language editors and video editors, for subtitling and for fine tuning, using sophisticated equipment to make sure it meets all technical requirements and limitations. Our senior editors then review and approve it, ordering a final transcript of the English before the final clip is uploaded to three separate platforms - www.MEMRITV.org, the MEMRI YouTube channel, and the MEMRI TV app. These platforms also provide embed codes for embedding the clip, and share buttons to easily distribute it via all major social media. This is a tremendous undertaking.
