On November 3, 2021, the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) released a photo report documenting attacks carried out by its operatives on October 28, 2021 against a Nigerian police station and the locations of "militias" allegedly backed by the Nigerian Army, in the village of Damboa in Borno State, Nigeria.

 

Islamic State (ISIS) Targets Communications Towers In Nigeria To Prevent Civilians From Reporting On Mujahideen Movements

Issue 311 of the Islamic State (ISIS) official Al-Naba' weekly, released on November 4, 2021, contains a full-page article about the organization’s latest operations in Nigeria, which are concentrated in Borno State in the northeast.

 

ISIS Releases Images Of Ambush On Nigerian Army Convoy

On November 10, 2021, the Islamic State (ISIS) released images documenting an ambush carried out by its fighters on a Nigerian Army convoy in Borno state, Nigeria, which killed three soldiers and wounded one.

 

Celebrating ISKP Operations, ISIS Weekly Highlights Attack On Kabul Military Hospital

Issue 311 of Al-Naba', the official weekly magazine published by the Islamic State (ISIS), which was released on November 4, 2021, focused on the November 2 inghimasi attack, which was carried out by ISIS's Afghan affiliate, the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) on the largest military hospital in Afghanistan's Kabul, in which dozens were killed and wounded.

On November 4, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released a poster titled "The War Of The Sunnis Against The Rafidites Is A War Of Religion And Creed."

 

Prominent Pro-ISIS Writer Ahlam Al-Nasr: Deeming All People Unbelievers Until Proven Otherwise Is A 'Radical' And 'Arrogant' Position

On November 4, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet published an article authored by a prominent pro-ISIS poet and writer in which she argued against the position that all mankind should be considered unbelievers until proven otherwise.

 

Pro-ISIS Video Eulogizes Eight Sinai Province Operatives Executed By Egyptian Authorities, Highlights Biography, Final Audio Recording Of Group Leader

On November 4, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) outlet released a 26-minute video titled eulogizing eight members of ISIS's Sinai Province, who were executed or killed by Egyptian authorities.

 

Pro-ISIS British Preacher: According To Shari’a, All Treaties Signed By 'So-Called' Muslim Countries Are 'Invalid' Because Their Rulers Are 'Apostates'

On November 6, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) British preacher published a post on his Telegram channel in which he ruled that, according to shari'a, all the treaties signed by "so-called Muslim countries are invalid" because the "current rulers of Muslim countries today are apostates."

On November 9, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) British jihadi preacher published a press release on his Telegram channel organizing a "Twitter storm," dubbed "Islam Is Superior," to protest what he called the deportation of Muslims to their countries of origin.

 

Pro-ISIS Outlet Publishes Indonesian-Language Posters Praising Recent ISIS Operations In Afghanistan And Africa

On November 9, 2021, an Indonesian pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet released six Indonesian-language posters praising recent international ISIS operations in Afghanistan and Africa.

The U.S.-based Facebook user posts pro-jihadi content, including posts expressing support for Osama bin Laden, Yemeni-American sheikh and Al-Qaeda figure Anwar Al-Awlaki, Michigan-based Islamist preacher Ahmad Musa Jibril, and pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Jamaican Sheikh Abdullah Al-Faisal.

 

New English-Language Magazine For Muslim Prisoners Subtly Promotes Salafi-Jihadi Ideology

An Instagram account announced that it would release a "non-profit magazine/newsletter" every month or two to be sent to Muslim prisoners; will send supportive letters and messages to Muslim prisoners; and will post messages received from the prisoners.

On November 10, 2021, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released a statement denying responsibility for the October 30 attack on Aden International Airport in Yemen, which killed at least six and injured more than 20 others.

 

Pro-Al-Qaeda London-Based Cleric Hani Al-Siba'i Condemns Muslim Scholars Who Call For The Taliban To Delay Implementation Of Shari'a Until Providing Afghans' Basic Needs

On October 28, 2021, the Taliban released Issue 189 of its Arabic-language magazine. The issue included an article by a London-based pro-Al-Qaeda cleric in which he condemned Muslim scholars for calling on the Taliban to delay their implementation of shari'a and focus first on providing for the basic needs of the Afghan people.

 

Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Controls Jund Allah Jihadi Group Amid Reports That Ahrar Al-Sham Pledged Allegiance To HTS

As the Syrian jihadi group Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) seeks to control all military factions operating in northern Syria and integrate them into a unified military bloc under its command, the group launched an offensive on October 25, 2021 against groups of foreign jihadi fighters stationed in the Turkmen Mountain area, northeast of Latakia.

On November 9, 2021, jihadis on Telegram condemned the visit of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abdullah bin Zayed, to Syria, describing the visit as heralding a "normalization of relations" and "a beginning of a new phase."
