Reacting To Arrest Of Man Planning To Murder Supreme Court Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, And Anti-Government Individuals Celebrate Targeting Politicians, Claim Arrest Is 'False Flag'

On June 8, 2022, 26-year-old Nicholas John Roske was charged with attempted murder of Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh.[1] Roske, a Simi Valley, California resident, travelled to Kavanaugh's home in Chevy Chase, Maryland, with a plan to break into the house and kill Kavanaugh. Roske was in possession of a tactical chest rig, tactical knife, a pistol, two magazines and ammunition, and a multitude of other weapons and tools. According to court documents, Roske called 911 to report himself after encountering two marshals outside Kavanaugh's home.[2] Roske spoke to law enforcement, noting he was upset about the school shooting in Uvalde, TX, and about the leaked draft of a Supreme Court opinion to overturn Roe v. Wade.[3] Roske is scheduled to appear again in court on June 22, 2022.[4]

In response to Roske's arrest and news of the alleged murder plot, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and anti-government extremists took to social media, including Telegram, MeWe, and 4Chan. Multiple users praised Roske's efforts and expressed disappointment that his plan failed. Others celebrated Roske's choice of target, noting that "the right people" are "finally" being targeted, calling for the targeting of politicians. Others claimed that the plot was a "false flag" orchestrated by the government and the "globalists." Individuals also argued that politicians and public figures such were behind the "false flag" operation.

Extremists React To Attempted Assassination Of Kavanaugh

A Telegram channel posted a clip reporting on breaking news of the gunman's arrest. A user commented: "Finally targeting the right people lol." Another user replied: "Total setup to justify increased security and take guns away from the public." Another wrote: "Completely Fake and setup lol probably not even a real person; wouldn't surprise me. Kavanaugh has been an ally to globalists and the elites anyways; who really wants his life?" One individual commented: "Who paid the guy to do it? Soros, Gates, Clinton, Pelosi, Warren? The list is long..."

On a 4Chan social media thread discussing the alleged attempted murder, an anonymous user with a Nazi flag icon wrote: "This is why you need to just do it and do it fast without hesitation. Direct action works people. We need to keep the fucking n**ger population in check or else we will never colonize space."

Another user with a Russia flag icon replied: "We almost had first American in recent history who actually turned his lauded 2A weapons on powers that be and capped high ranked member of ZOG [Zionist Occupied Government] instead of shooting up his equally powerless peers. But it's like some indoctrination circuit breaker went off in his head and he not only bitched out, but also turned himself in to ZOG for punishment. Eerie shit."

An anti-government, anti-gun regulation Telegram channel posted a screenshot featuring an article about the case. A user commented: "Pretty based for a lefty ngl." In response to another user, the same individual added: "motivations are all wrong, but he did end up outside a scotus judge's home with a gun which is a lot more than most people. Bigger balls and more forward thinking than the school shooter types." A second user wrote: "Imo all this was, is a plant. They needed gun violence and attempted murder/intimidation of a judge in the news cycle for extending their gun grabbing." Another user added: "Tru. Everyone who kills politicians is based in the 2020s."
