A video game designer created a virtual Holocaust museum to be featured in a popular video game Players will be able to walk the virtual museum's halls and read informational plaques describing the genocide of the Jews in Nazi Germany. The video game designer’s promotion of his virtual Holocaust museum online has drawn ire from many neo-Nazis who have threatened and attacked him. One account created a video of the video game designer on a train en route to a concentration camp.

Neo-Nazis And Antisemites Attack Game Designer: "I Can't Wait To Destroy The Museum In The Game"

One social media user wrote that they are looking forward to destroying the museum while playing the game.

A neo-Nazi wrote on August 4: "I am going to play Fortnite just so I can bash it with hammer."

On August 18 a neo-Nazi Gab user shared an article discussing the virtual Holocaust museum in Fortnite. He wrote: "Judeo-Brainwashing of Youth. Imagine pretending not seeing it." A Gab user called re-posted the post and added: "Guess I gotta download Fortnite now and fucking ruin it."

The tweet received a barrage of attacks from neo-Nazis. One user wrote: "It's time to forget, the story is played out, no one wants to hear it anymore." Another user wrote: "I don't like Jewish people, but I'm not a Nazi." Another commented: "I'm going to redpill some kids on Fortnite just because of this tweet." A user wrote: "We don't like you. Stop dissing the Nazis." Another neo-Nazi stated: "Let it go, bro. Shit didn't even happen!"

Another social media user shared a photo of a yellow star of David  bearing the word "Jude [Jew]" with the video game designer.

A neo-Nazi social media user that the video game designer is exploiting the Holocaust for profit.  

A neo-Nazi tweeted a video featuring Adolf Hitler to the Director on August 5. He wrote: "The Noticing is never going to stop. Once your eyes are open, they can't be closed again."
