Saudi Cleric Sa'd Al-Bureik Criticizes Iran for Not Helping the Palestinians during War

Following are excerpts from an interview with Saudi cleric Sa'd Al-Bureik, which aired on Iqra TV on January 15, 2009:

Sa'd Al-Bureik: The Jihad in Gaza has exposed the hypocrites. No event in the history of the [Islamic] nation has exposed the difference between the camp of hypocrisy, on the one hand, and the camp of Jihad and steadfastness, on the other, like these events have. Similarly, the opportunists have been exposed. As you said in your wonderful introduction, the people who outdo others in chanting slogans have been exposed. "We will burn Israel. We will wipe Israel off the map." Where are the "Abbas" and "Hussein" missiles? Why don't they send a single missile over there? We are taking to task those people who are full of talk, the opportunists, who drag defenseless people into conflicts, which will not bring them to a safe haven, as they know full well. They are using them as a bargaining chip.

The person who promised to burn and erase Israel is the same person who handed the Taliban over to America. It is the same person who helped America against the Taliban, until it drove them out of Kabul to wander in the mountains.
