Orlando-Based Sheikh Abu Usama At-Thahabi: The Future Is For Islam, Which Will Thrive And Flourish In This Country – That's Why College Students Are Doing What They Are Doing; In Islam, We Must Not Be Like The Jews, Zionists, Or Christians; The Zionist Can't Control TikTok, So We Can See With Our Own Eyes How They Are Killing People; May Allah Deal With Criminals Like Joe Biden And Lindsay Graham

Sheikh Abu Usama At-Thahabi, said in his Friday, May 17, 2024 sermon at Masjid As-Sunnah near Orlando, FL that the Prophet Muhammad deliberately avoided instituting practices in Islam that resembled the practices of the Jews, the "Zionists," the Christians, and the polytheists of Mecca. He said that the "worst thing" is to resemble enemies of Islam such as the Zionists, and he said that Islam is destined to flourish in the United States. In addition, he prayed that Allah "deal with" U.S. President Joe Biden, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, and all the other "criminals". Abu Usama At-Thahabi is a U.S.-born imam who used to serve as the imam of the Green Lane Masjid in Birmingham, England. He has recently returned to the United States.

Sheikh Abu Usama At-Thahabi: "The Prophet had been praying already with his companions, peace and blessings be upon him. But he asked his companions what they are thinking about. 'What do you people think we should do in order to call the community to the Masjid, or the Salat of the Juma'ah [Friday prayer]?'

[...]

"The companions answered the question: they say: 'Oh, Prophet of Allah, Let us take the ram – the horn of the ram – and let us blow it. It makes a lot of noise. When we blow that horn, the people from our community – Medina – will hear that horn.' And they knew about the horn of the ram because there were Jews in Medina.

"When the Prophet heard that, peace and blessings be upon him, he said 'No, that's what the Jews do.' What would it look like, being a group of people, an ummah, who, your 'ibada [worship], like salah [prayer] and hajj [pilgrimage] and things about our religion, we are going to get it from the Jews? We are going to get it from Zionists?

"We are going to exist and there are things about our religion that we are going to get from the Yahud [Jews], the Zionists, and we don't think something's wrong with that? We are going to make a tashabbu [comparison] And be like them? The Prophet said No!

[...]

"In Islam, we do not resemble the non-Muslims. Jews, Christians, or anybody else. But do you know what the worst thing is? It is to resemble someone who is your enemy. A Zionist. Someone who wants your death and your destruction – and you resemble him.

[...]

"He didn't want to be like the Yahud [Jews]. He didn't want to be like the Christians. He didn't want to be like the mushrikoon, the polytheists, the pagans of Mecca. He wanted the Muslims to be unique and distinct.

[...]

"May Allah ta'ala [the Almighty] protect all of Islam in this country by hook or crook, or whether they like it or not. Islam is going to thrive and flourish. You hear what I say. The mustaqbal [the future] is for this religion and that's why you see in these universities these kids doing what they are doing. TikTok – one of the good things about it, and it is a filthy thing, is that the Zionists can't control it, so we see with our own eyes how they are just killing people.

"And Lindsey Graham and Joe Biden – these criminals. Oh, Abd Allah, I'm going to finish here. We have to use du'a [prayer] and other than that, we have to ask Allah with Ikhlas [sincerity] to help His religion, to support His religion, and to deal with these people who are criminals the way that they are dealing with innocent people around the globe."
