NYC Rally In Support Of The Iran-Led 'Axis Of Resistance': Our Fingers, Our Pens, Our Rifles Will Be Pointed At The U.S. Government, The Zionist Entity, And Nobody Else!

On December 15, 2024, the Bronx Anti-War Coalition organized a rally in New York City's Union Square in solidarity with the "Axis of Resistance." A keffiyeh-clad speaker at the event declared: "Stop pointing fingers at each other. Our fingers, our pens, our rifles will be pointed at the U.S. government, the Zionist entity, and nobody else." The speaker identified the "Axis of Resistance" as consisting of Hizbullah, Iran, Yemen, and the Iraqi “resistance.” Participants at the rally waved flags representing Palestine, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, and the former Syrian flag used under the Assad regime. Among the flags displayed, a Hizbullah flag was also seen. On the same day, the Bronx Anti-War Coalition shared a video on X featuring Abu Obeida, spokesperson for Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades, condemning sectarianism. Additionally, on December 14, the Coalition posted a live stream from Iran’s Press TV of Hizbullah Secretary-General Naim Qassam’s speech.
