In his November 15, 2024 Friday sermon in Greenville, North Carolina, Imam Mansour Muhammad outlined the attributes of the "woman of Paradise." He emphasized that women must seek their husbands' permission before leaving the house or allowing others, including their parents, to enter. He also stated that, according to Shari'a law, it is haram for women to spend money without their husband's consent. Muhammad further asserted that women should not refuse intimacy with their husbands, saying, "Remember, you worship Allah through pleasing your husband." He gave the example of the black-eyed virgins of Paradise, who are always devoted and available to their husbands. He concluded that by pleasing their husbands, women will receive equal rewards in Paradise as men. The sermon was streamed live on the YouTube channel of the Islamic Center of East North Carolina (ENC). Prior to his time in the U.S., Imam Mansour Muhammad served as an imam, teacher, and preacher in the Egyptian Ministry of Endowment.
