Mu'ammar Al-Qaddafi: America was extremely afraid of Libya. It was afraid Libya would obtain weapons of mass destruction. Therefore, America was overflowed with joy, and this was a real trump card in the elections. 50% of the elections were determined by this Libyan card... perhaps.
