Lebanese Theology Professor As'ad Al-Sahmarani: Abu Dhabi's Abrahamic House Project Is A Form of Soft War; There Can Be No Interfaith Dialogue With Jews, Who Were Described As Apes, Pigs, Vipers In The Scriptures

As'ad Al-Sahmarani, a theology professor at Imam Al-Ouzai University in Lebanon, slammed the "Abrahamic Family House" – an Abu Dhabi project to create an interfaith prayer space for Muslims, Jews, and Christians. Al-Sahmarani, a former professor of philosophy at Beirut University, said in a January 29, 2021 interview on Mayadeen TV (Lebanon) that this project would end in the garbage bin of history. He added that interfaith dialogue contradicts both Christianity and Islam, because the New Testament describes Israelites as a "brood of vipers" and the Quran says that Allah turned Jews into apes and pigs. Prof. Al-Sahmarani went on to say that after the end of the Cold War, the Americans have been engaged in a "soft war" using interfaith dialogue in order to create a New World Order and that the people behind the Abrahamic House want to destroy Christianity and Islam. Prof. Al-Sahmarani also criticized newly elected U.S. President Joe Biden, saying that although he is Catholic, he married his sons off to Jewish women - which means that his grandchildren are Jewish, his vice president is Jewish, and his secretary of transportation is "the wife of another man."

Professor As'ad Al-Sahmarani: "To those who proposed the project of the Abrahamic Family House, we say: 'Sadat beat you to it, and this project was buried with him.' You will end up in Hell in the afterlife, and in this life, you will end up in the garbage bin of history, because this issue contradicts Christianity. The New Testament describes the Zionists and the Israelites as the 'brood of vipers' and snakes. And in the Quran, 5:66 [sic.], it says that Allah had turned them into apes and pigs. What they are doing now is a form of soft war [that happened] after the Cold
War ended in the early 1990s."

Interviewer: "Using religious symbols."

Al-Sahmarani: "The Americans have been promoting [such ideas as] 'the New World Order,' 'globalization,' and the very bad notion of 'interfaith dialogue.'

[...]

"Those who are behind this Abrahamic House or Abrahamic Religion project want to abolish Christianity and Islam. What has been said about this project in Abu Dhabi? It includes a synagogue, a church, and mosque, and a cultural center. A cultural center for whom? It is as if it abrogates the first three [houses of worship] in order to put instead of them a cultural center for a new identity.

[...]

"There can be no such thing as the Abrahamic Family House. We will bury this soft war just as we buried [the concept of] globalization."

Interviewer: "With the help of Allah's strength and might."

[...]

Al-Sahmarani: "Fraternity with whom? With those who were depicted by Allah as apes and pigs? Fraternity with those [Jews] about which the Quran says: 'Every time they kindled the fire of war, Allah extinguished it. They sow corruption throughout the land, and Allah does not like corrupters.' Fraternity with whom exactly?

[...]

"Tell me this, Joe Biden the Catholic, how could you marry off your three sons to Jewish women? We know that in Judiasm, the mother's religion determines her children's religion."

Interviewer: "True."

Al-Sahmarani: "So, your grandchildren are Jewish and your vice president is Jewish [sic], and your secretary of transportation is the wife of another man. What are you doing?"
