On November 8, 2020, Al-Alam TV (Iran) aired a discussion about Western media and Islamophobia. Lebanese researcher Muhsen Saleh said that the French Charlie Hebdo journal, along with the majority of media in France and the United States, is controlled by the Zionist lobby. Lebanese politician Omar Ghandour said that when the "Elders of Zion" met, they understood that they must control the world’s media and economy. He said that they have successfully achieved this goal.
Muhsen Saleh: "The problem started with the media. Charlie Hebdo is a magazine, is controlled by the West. I believe that the Zionists control it. Over 80% of the French media is controlled by the Zionist lobby, which is even more than the extent to which it controls economic matters in the U.S. Obviously, the Zionist lobby controls the media in the U.S. as well."
