Pro-Iranian Lebanese Political Analyst Anis Al-Naqqash: America is the Enemy of Humanity; Arabs and Muslims Should Fight It; We Encourage ISIS-Like Phenomena

On October 27, 2019, pro-Iranian Lebanese political analyst Anis Al-Naqqash was interviewed on Al-Mayadeen TV (Lebanon). Al-Naqqash said that ISIS-like phenomena will continue to appear and that he encourages such phenomena. He said that America is not only the enemy of the Muslims and Arabs and he encourages Arab and Muslim youth to confront and fight it using all available political, peaceful, and violent means. He lamented that the Palestinian struggle against Israel is accepted while others are told not to fight America. After all, Zionism is the protégé of the U.S.

Anis Al-Naqqash: What the West does not want to admit is that its aggression against the Islamic nation and its resources, its occupation of Arab and Islamic lands, and its appointment of Western collaborators as rulers will not end the conflict with the West and [ISIS-like] phenomena will always continue to appear. We encourage such phenomena. I say to the Arab and Muslim youth: Whenever and wherever you can confront America – confront it, fight it, prevent it from taking control, using all available political, peaceful, and violent means. Use all means. [America] is the enemy of humanity, not just the enemy of the Arabs and Muslims. However, you must [have] political-strategic awareness. The Palestinian combatants who fight Zionism today – who are they fighting? How come I accept this fighting in Palestine but tell others not to fight America elsewhere? Is Zionism not the protégé of the U.S.? Has the U.S. not supported Israel? This is the strategy.
