On November 11, Al-Jazeera TV reported that Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the Yemeni people "faces poverty, famine, epidemics, and a siege on land, air, and sea," and that this was "unacceptable" and "points to a conspiracy that has become evident to everybody in the region."

Anchor 1: "Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the siege on Yemen and the closing of its borders on land, air, and sea is an unacceptable act, which, according to Rouhani, points to a regional conspiracy led by one of the countries in the region."

Anchor 2: "Rouhani added, in a statement he made in Tehran, that the war on terrorism in the region is about to end."

President Hassan Rouhani: "The problem of terrorism in the region is coming to an end. Today, no city is held by ISIS or by any other terrorist group. Very soon, the entire region will be cleansed of their terrorism. In addition, the plot of partitioning and of changing the borders has failed dismally. This constitutes success for the peoples of the region, and naturally upsets the U.S., Israel, and their lackeys in the region. Look at Yemen. The Yemeni people has been bombed, killed, and displaced for years. Now it faces poverty, famine, epidemics, and a siege on land, air, and sea. This is unacceptable, and points to a conspiracy that has become evident to everybody in the region."
